The EFF(Electronic Frontier Foundation) is asking for help on a law that is making it illegal to jailbreak/root your mobile device. Since 2010, you were allowed to jailbreak/root your device, but doing so would void your manufacturer warranty and sometimes the carrier warranty. The ruling is about to expire and now, the government is trying to ban the ability to jailbreak/root all together.
